I am delighted to announce an extra £14.8 million for our Changing Futures programme this year. Changing Futures has provided vital support to people experiencing multiple disadvantage, halving rough sleeping for people supported by the programme.
Working with the The National Lottery Community Fund and local partners around the country, we are making a real difference on the ground and this cash injection will go a long way to helping people rebuild their lives.
