“The Palestinian people have an inalienable right to their own state. The UK Labour Government’s decision to officially recognise the State of Palestine is a huge and historic moment, which so many of us have long campaigned for.

The UK government with the international community must continue to work for an immediate ceasefire, a surge in humanitarian aid, the release of all hostages and a pathway to a lasting peace.”
